Since 2017, the AXA Group has evolved his listening device of the employees. The traditional social barometer (with dozens of closed questions) has been successfully replaced by lighter, regular and open listening. A complete system was set up combining the skills of a research institute founded by Zappos in July 2013 (IQ culture) and that of Proxem, specialist in Artificial Intelligence and Automatic Language Processing.
