The entire set of responses was aggregated in Proxem Studio, and an automatic classification system was set up for topic and tone. Answers to closed questions, services involved, and geographical regions were also taken into account to complete the analysis and cross-reference data in an interesting way.
A workshop with HR management was required to refine the classification, take into account the company’s specific jargon, and determine the priorities of the analysis


A study report and its executive summary was delivered within six weeks, describing in detail emerging themes, their respective tones, and emerging weak signals. The report ultimately helped the HR management to implement priority actions (internal communications plan, training reinforcement, actions with management, etc.). Dashboards were set up to provide key information to the various departments concerned
